(Photo from the Russian embassy in Thailand website)Twenty-seven passengers, including three Thais, were injured when the Aeroflot flight they were travelling on from Moscow to Bangkok struck severe turbulence overnight. Flight SU270 encountered an air pocket, the Russian embassy said on its website on Monday. The incident injured 24 Russian and three Thai passengers, who suffered various fractures and bruises, the embassy said. The flight departed Moscow at 7.20pm local time on Sunday and landed at Suvarnabhumi airport at 8.20am on Monday.
